Take Time to Breathe
With all the hussle and bussle of the holidays, remember to take time for you to just breathe, act silly, sit in silence, or whatever your heart wishes to do. So, I say to you, "Happy Holidays". Even when writing or saying it to others, I belt it in song. Take the time to do it now. Feel better? I thought so. I'll just be over here passing a little holiday cheer and perfecting my twin status with the statue. I think that I nailed it!
